One of Bath’s leading hotels and restaurants is currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef with ability, commitment, management skills and a passion for food to join their very talented brigade of 7 as soon as possible.
The hotel has a very talented, 2 Michelin Starred trained chef on the stove producing some of the best food in the area – this is certainly one to watch and a great opportunity to be a part of something special. His food has a very British feel to it using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and turning them into fantastic dishes.
As Junior Sous Chef you will work to exceptionally high standards, have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. It goes without saying that your culinary skills will be excellent, and as a senior member of the kitchen you will take a leading part in the drive of the business. A methodical approach to Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations is also required.
Ideally you will have worked to a minimum of 3AA Rosette level but your attitude and personality are equally important
