This Michelin starred restaurant with a host of accolades is now looking for a new Pastry Chef to work alongside the Chef Owner and new Head Chef who has cooked on the stoves at some of the UK’s leading restaurants.
This is one of the regions finest restaurants with the focus on using the best local produce available along with a balance of both modern and classical techniques.
This is a fantastic role for a Senior CDP or Pastry Sous to make a name for themselves.
- To work closely alongside the Head Chef and Owner to set direction in the pastry section and push the food offering even further
- To develop the Pastry team and produce Michelin Star breads & desserts
